Spark Clique（斯巴克）由广东智联电子有限公司运营，提供产品展示、账户关联和订单管理服务。本政策说明应用处理的信息、用途、第三方处理及您的选择。隐私联系邮箱：zhuqinyue@qq.com。

1. 处理的信息及用途

• 账户信息：使用登录或关联账户功能时，我们处理您提交的账户名、密码，以及账户标识、用户名、权限角色和登录凭证，用于身份验证、账户关联与权限管理。密码用于验证，不应填入订单备注或发送至客服邮箱。
• 订单信息：使用订单功能时，我们处理关联账户、商品与规格、数量、价格、订单编号、订单状态、销售区域及您填写的内容，用于创建、查询、审核和履行订单。具有相应权限的用户使用订单检索时，检索条件包括订单信息、创建人或输入的电话号码。
• 设备或其他标识符、应用诊断信息：本应用使用 DCloud uni-app（5+ App）引擎。引擎在运行分析和故障报告过程中处理安装/设备标识（包括引擎生成并保存的标识符）、应用启动与运行时间、异常错误日志、应用和操作系统版本、设备品牌与型号、CPU 与屏幕信息、语言与时区、网络类型与 IP 地址、User Agent、模拟器/root 状态、内存使用情况等信息，并向 DCloud 传输，用于分析运行情况、定位故障与改善稳定性。安装标识属于标识符，即使不读取 IMEI 或广告 ID，也不等于“不收集数据”。
• 本地信息：语言偏好、界面尺寸和登录状态保存在设备本地，用于显示与维持会话。视频播放适配横竖屏时，引擎在设备本地读取加速度和重力传感器信息，用于识别屏幕方向，不保存或上传这些传感器信息。点击保存商品图片或视频时，应用将您选定的商品媒体保存至系统相册；该功能不上传您相册中的照片或视频。网络服务在处理请求时会接收 IP 地址及必要的请求信息。

2. 第三方服务

DCloud uni-app / 5+ App 引擎由数字天堂（北京）网络技术有限公司提供，负责应用运行、启动分析和故障诊断，处理上文列明的引擎标识符与运行诊断数据。其处理规则见 DCloud App 引擎隐私政策。我们未启用 uni 统计业务埋点；这不代表基础引擎不处理诊断或标识符数据。

账户和订单请求发送至我们的业务服务；拥有相应业务权限的工作人员可为处理账户或订单访问相关信息。您主动使用系统分享、拨号或外部链接时，将由您选择的应用或服务提供方处理相应内容，请同时查阅其隐私政策。

3. 权限与您的选择

应用使用网络连接展示产品和处理账户、订单请求。保存商品媒体仅在您主动操作时进行；系统要求授权时，您可以拒绝，相应保存功能将不可用。当前 Android 配置不申请读取电话状态、系统账户、相机或广告 ID 权限，不通过这些权限读取 IMEI、系统账户、拍摄内容或广告 ID。

Android 首次启动时显示原生隐私提示，您可阅读政策后选择同意，或拒绝并退出。拒绝时不进入业务页面。您可在“我的”页面再次阅读本政策，通过系统设置管理权限，或停止使用并卸载应用。卸载应用不会自动删除服务器上的账户和订单信息。

4. 存储、保护与删除

我们在提供账户、订单服务和处理故障所需的期限内保存相关信息，法律法规另有保存要求的，按相应要求处理；不再需要的信息予以删除或匿名化。我们使用传输加密、权限控制等措施保护信息。第三方引擎数据的保存和删除依其隐私政策处理。

如需查询、更正、删除个人信息、申请注销账户或撤回同意，请联系 zhuqinyue@qq.com，注明“Spark Clique 隐私请求”和必要的账户识别信息，请勿发送密码。我们将核实身份并处理；依法必须保留的订单或交易记录，将说明保留原因。撤回同意不影响此前基于同意进行的处理。

5. 未成年人及政策更新

未成年人应在监护人指导下使用服务及提供信息；监护人可通过上述邮箱提出相关请求。政策发生重要变化时，我们会更新本页面及应用内说明，需要重新取得同意时会再次提示。

Spark Clique Privacy Policy

Spark Clique is operated by 广东智联电子有限公司 (Guangdong Zhilian Electronics Co., Ltd.) and provides product browsing, account linking and order management. Contact us about privacy at zhuqinyue@qq.com.

1. Information and purposes

• Account information: When you sign in or link an account, we process the account name and password you provide, account identifiers, user name, roles and session credentials for authentication, account linking and access control. Do not include passwords in order notes or support emails.
• Order information: When you use order features, we process the associated account, products, specifications, quantities, prices, order numbers, status, sales region and information you enter to create, retrieve, review and fulfil orders. Authorized users can search orders using order details, their creator or an entered phone number.
• Device or other identifiers and diagnostics: The app uses the DCloud uni-app (5+ App) engine. For runtime analytics and error reporting, the engine processes installation/device identifiers (including identifiers generated and stored by the engine), startup and runtime information, error logs, app and OS versions, device brand and model, CPU and display information, language and time zone, network type and IP address, User Agent, emulator/root status and memory usage, and transmits these to DCloud for analytics, troubleshooting and reliability improvements. An installation identifier is still an identifier even without access to an IMEI or advertising ID.
• Local information: Language preferences, display dimensions and login state are stored locally to support the interface and session. For video orientation, the engine reads accelerometer and gravity sensor data locally to adapt the display, without storing or uploading those sensor readings. Saving a product image or video writes the selected product media to your system gallery; this feature does not upload your gallery contents. Network services receive your IP address and the request information needed to process requests.

2. Third-party services

DCloud uni-app / 5+ App engine is provided by 数字天堂（北京）网络技术有限公司 (DCloud). It supports app operation, startup analytics and diagnostics, processing the engine identifiers and runtime information described above. See the DCloud App Engine Privacy Policy. We have not enabled uni statistics business-event tracking; this does not disable the base engine's identifier or diagnostic processing.

Account and order requests are sent to our business services. Staff with the relevant permissions can access information to handle accounts and orders. When you choose system sharing, dialling or external links, the service or app you choose handles that content under its own privacy policy.

3. Permissions and choices

The app uses network access for products, accounts and orders. Product media is saved only at your request. Where the system requires permission, you can decline and the saving feature will be unavailable. The current Android configuration does not request phone-state, system-account, camera or advertising-ID permissions to read an IMEI, system accounts, camera content or advertising IDs.

On first Android launch, a native privacy notice lets you read this policy and choose to agree or decline and exit. Declining prevents entry to the app's business pages. You can revisit this policy from the account tab, manage permissions in system settings, or stop using and uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not automatically delete account or order information on servers.

4. Retention, security and deletion

We retain information for the time needed for accounts, orders and troubleshooting or as required by law, then delete or anonymize information no longer needed. We use measures including encrypted transmission and access controls. Retention and deletion of third-party engine data follow that provider's policy.

To request access, correction, deletion, account closure or withdrawal of consent, email zhuqinyue@qq.com with “Spark Clique privacy request” and the account details needed to identify you, without your password. We will verify your identity and handle your request, explaining any legally required retention of order or transaction records. Withdrawal does not affect processing previously based on consent.

5. Minors and updates

Minors should use the service and provide information under a guardian's guidance. Guardians may contact us at the email above. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and in-app notices, with renewed consent requested where necessary.
